Workout Detail View


On the first startup of the application you have to enable the use of localization. You can always change this in the iOS settings.

You can access the map with the top right button. The following workouts have map-view:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Hiking
  • Cycling

Charts at first only show direction. For more details tap the chart. For even more details visit the webpage. Charts show up in the order they are set in the Workout View.

Possible charts that can be displayed:

  • Heart rate
  • Pace
  • Speed
  • Cadence
  • Elevation
  • Running smoothness Wahoo TICKRx required
    • Smoothness
    • X side-to-side
    • Y up-down
    • Z forward-backward
    • Ground contact
    • Vertical oscillation

Deleting workouts

You can delete a workout with the Delete button at the bottom of Detailed View. Deleting a workout will delete it from the cloud storage too. These workouts cannot be restored.
